Meditation with Music: Featuring Steel Tongue Drum

Tonight, I had my first mindfulness with music session, featuring the mesmerizing tones of a steel tongue drum.


The fleeting moments spend with my beautiful daughter, Zephrine are incredibly special and precious. They allow us to deeply connect with each other and nurture a profound connection to our inner selves.
